1. Booking & Confirmation

Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a confirmation email from Langco Bay Retreat or through our online booking system. Please verify your check-in date, check-out date, room type, and number of guests before confirming. Bookings made through OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, Trip.com) are subject to the terms of each platform.

2. Cancellation Policy

Free cancellation is available when notified at least 72 hours prior to the check-in date. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will be charged the equivalent of the first night's stay. Special packages, group bookings, or peak season reservations may have separate cancellation policies — clearly communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Check-in time: 14:00 (2:00 PM). Check-out time: 12:00 (noon). Early check-in or late check-out is subject to room availability and may incur additional charges. Valid government-issued identification is required at check-in.

4. Children & Extra Beds

Children under 6 years stay free when sharing a bed with parents (maximum 1 child per room). Children aged 6–11 are charged an extra bed supplement at current rates. Children 12 years and older are charged as adults. Baby cots are available free of charge upon request.

5. Swimming Pool & Facilities

The swimming pool is open from 07:00 to 19:00. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. Guests staying in private pool villas are responsible for supervising children in the villa pool area.

6. Property Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage to resort property caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs will be charged to the room account.

7. Meetings & Events

Conference, wedding, and event bookings require a minimum deposit of 50% of the contract value. Final guest counts must be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. Changes after this deadline may incur additional charges.

8. Pets

Langco Bay Retreat does not accept pets on the resort premises for hygiene and safety reasons for all guests.
