– Check-in time: After 3:00 PM
– Check-out time: Before 12:00 PM
– Late check-out: A surcharge of 50% or 100% of the room rate will apply, depending on the check-out time.
Cancellation / Modification / No-Show Policy:
1. Cancellation
– Free cancellation if notice is given at least 14 days prior to the arrival date.
– Cancellations made 7–14 days prior to arrival will be charged the first night of the total booking.
– Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
– Changes to the stay dates or room type are subject to availability at the time of request.
– Modification requests should be submitted at least 14 days prior to arrival for the best assistance.
3. Special Policy
During public holidays, Tet, or promotional periods, cancellations/modifications must be made at least 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made less than 21 days prior will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
4. No-show
If the guest does not arrive on the booked date without prior notice, 100% of the total booking value will be charged.
