2. Data we collect
Data you give us
- When you submit a contact or quotation form: your name, phone number, email address, company name, expected arrival date, number of rooms, number of guests and the details of your request.
- When you book: the booker’s details, stay dates, number of guests and any special requests. Payment details are entered directly on the Hotel Link booking system (securebookings.net); we do not store card numbers on our website.
- When you contact us by phone, email, Zalo or Facebook Messenger: the content of your messages and the contact details you use.
- When you stay at the resort: identity document details, as required by Vietnamese law on guest registration.
Data collected automatically
- Technical information such as IP address, device type, browser, pages viewed and traffic source, collected through cookies and Google Analytics.
- Advertising measurement data from Google Ads, showing which ad brought you to our website and whether you took an action such as submitting a form or clicking to book.
3. How we use your data
- To confirm, fulfil and support your booking, your stay and any offer benefits.
- To respond to enquiries and quotation requests for events and meetings.
- To meet our legal obligations, including guest registration, accounting and tax.
- To measure the performance of our website and advertising and improve your experience.
- To send you offers, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data on the basis of your consent (for example, when you tick the consent box on a form), to perform the service you have requested (a booking or a quotation), or to comply with our legal obligations.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the following parties, and only as far as necessary:

Some of these providers (such as Google and Brevo) may store data on servers located outside Vietnam. We only use providers with appropriate data protection commitments.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiry and quotation data is kept for up to 24 months from your most recent contact with us. Booking and stay data is kept for the periods required by accounting, tax and guest registration laws. Website analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics settings. When these periods end, the data is deleted or anonymised.
7. Your rights
Under Vietnamese law, you have the right to:
- Be informed about how your personal data is processed.
- Give or refuse consent, and withdraw consent you have given.
- Access your data, and correct it or ask us to correct it.
- Ask us to delete your data, restrict its processing or provide you with a copy.
- Object to the use of your data for advertising and marketing.
- Lodge a complaint, make a report or take legal action in accordance with the law.

8. Cookies
Our website uses cookies that are necessary for it to work, as well as analytics and advertising cookies that help us understand how the website is used and measure our ads. 9. Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including HTTPS encryption, restricting data access to staff who need it, and regular backups. If a data breach occurs, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required by law.
