1. Choose Your Experience
Upon booking and payment for any Villa category, guests can choose 01 of the 02 following privileges per stay:
Option 1: Get Active with Pickleball
Enjoy 01 complimentary hour at our modern Pickleball court, inclusive of refreshing beverages. To ensure the best experience, advance registration with the Front Desk is required. (In case of bad weather, this privilege can be flexibly changed to Afternoon Tea).
Option 2: Relax with Afternoon Tea
Savor exquisite tea and pastry sets from 14:30 to 17:00 daily. You can choose to be served in the privacy of your room (In-Villa Service) or enjoy the breathtaking ocean view at our Restaurant / Laco Beach Bar.
The number of tea sets provided is as follows:
- 1-Bedroom Villa: 01 set per stay.
- 2-Bedroom Villa: 02 sets per stay.
- 3-Bedroom Villa: 03 sets per stay.
Note for Afternoon Tea Service: To allow our culinary team to prepare the freshest and most thoughtful setup, please book at least 02 hours in advance. Any changes or cancellations require a 01-hour advance notice.
2. Terms & Conditions
To ensure a seamless getaway, please note the following conditions:
– Applicable to guests who book and pay for Villa categories.
– The program applies to the Villa rates available at the time of booking.
– Not applicable in conjunction with the Coastal Retreat Package.
– Not applicable during Public Holidays and Festive seasons (mandatory surcharges apply separately).
– Only 01 privilege (Pickleball or Afternoon Tea) applies; both cannot be used simultaneously.
– Unused privileges are non-refundable, non-exchangeable for cash, and non-transferable to other services, except when Pickleball is changed to Afternoon Tea due to weather conditions.
– Services and amenities are subject to the resort’s availability during the guest’s stay.
