Surrounded by lush greenery, natural beauty and the distinctive settings of Langco Bay Retreat, couples and photography teams can freely choose their preferred backdrop, create their own concept and capture a pre-wedding photo collection that reflects their unique story.

Eligibility
– Couples and photography teams looking to create a wedding/pre-wedding photo collection.
– Open to external guests and teams; no accommodation booking is required.
Complimentary Benefit
– 100% complimentary venue rental for wedding photography.
– Access to suitable spaces within Langco Bay Retreat for photography, subject to the resort’s operating schedule and actual space availability at the time of registration.
Registration & Use
– The photo shoot must be registered and confirmed in advance with Langco Bay Retreat.
– The photography date, time and area will be reviewed, arranged and confirmed by the resort based on its operating schedule, space availability and service capacity at the time of registration.
– Couples and photography teams may prepare their own concept and bring props, flowers, tables and chairs, backdrops, lighting and other necessary equipment for the photo shoot.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
– The program covers complimentary photography venue access only and does not include event organization, decoration, styling or setup assistance from Langco Bay Retreat.
– Participants are responsible for the preparation, transportation, setup, dismantling and removal of all props, equipment and items brought into the resort.
– The photography space must be returned to its original condition after the photo shoot. Participants shall be responsible for any damage or loss arising during the use of the space.
– Participants may not move, dismantle or alter any fixed facilities, furnishings or landscaping of the resort without prior approval. Photography activities must not affect in-house guests or the resort’s general operations.
– Props, equipment and personal belongings brought into the resort are the responsibility of the participants and must be kept secure throughout the photo shoot.
– Services outside the scope of the program, including accommodation, events, F&B and other services, will be charged separately in accordance with the resort’s prevailing policies.
– Langco Bay Retreat reserves the right to adjust the photography area or schedule when necessary to ensure smooth operations and the comfort of in-house guests.
– Images taken at Langco Bay Retreat and provided by participants may be used by the resort for communications, promotional and marketing purposes across Langco Bay Retreat’s official channels.
