Stay & Dine Benefits

• 01-night stay, including breakfast and 01 lunch or dinner per night for the standard number of guests.

• 01 main meal served as a set menu at the resort restaurant, excluding beverages.

• Welcome drink; access to the beach, swimming pool, gym, Kids Club, bicycles, Wi-Fi, and other shared resort facilities.

• Late check-out until 2:00 PM, subject to availability.

Guests are kindly requested to select lunch or dinner in advance with the Front Office. Unused meals are non-refundable, non-transferable, non-redeemable, and cannot be accumulated.

Stay Period & Holiday Policy

Sales & Stay Period: 20 September 2026 – 28 February 2027

The program applies to new bookings made during the sales period and no weekend surcharge applies.

Important Note on Holiday Periods:

During the program period, the following holiday periods are subject to separate policies:

– Christmas: 24 – 25 December 2026.

– New Year: 31 December 2026 – 01 January 2027.

– Lunar New Year (Tet): 05 – 10 February 2027.

For 24 December 2026 and 31 December 2026, the resort requires a compulsory dinner in addition to the meal benefits included in the Stay & Dine package:

– 24 December 2026: VND 900,000 per adult | VND 450,000 per child aged 06 to under 12.

– 31 December 2026: VND 950,000 per adult | VND 500,000 per child aged 06 to under 12.

The main meal included in the Stay & Dine package cannot be replaced, deducted, or converted toward the compulsory dinner on these two dates.

Terms & Conditions

• Payment, cancellation and refund policies are subject to the resort’s applicable policies.

Surrounded by lush greenery, natural beauty and the distinctive settings of Langco Bay Retreat, couples and photography teams can freely choose their preferred backdrop, create their own concept and capture a pre-wedding photo collection that reflects their unique story.

Eligibility

– Couples and photography teams looking to create a wedding/pre-wedding photo collection.

– Open to external guests and teams; no accommodation booking is required.

Complimentary Benefit

– 100% complimentary venue rental for wedding photography.

– Access to suitable spaces within Langco Bay Retreat for photography, subject to the resort’s operating schedule and actual space availability at the time of registration.

Registration & Use

– The photo shoot must be registered and confirmed in advance with Langco Bay Retreat.

– The photography date, time and area will be reviewed, arranged and confirmed by the resort based on its operating schedule, space availability and service capacity at the time of registration.

– Couples and photography teams may prepare their own concept and bring props, flowers, tables and chairs, backdrops, lighting and other necessary equipment for the photo shoot.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

– The program covers complimentary photography venue access only and does not include event organization, decoration, styling or setup assistance from Langco Bay Retreat.

– Participants are responsible for the preparation, transportation, setup, dismantling and removal of all props, equipment and items brought into the resort.

– The photography space must be returned to its original condition after the photo shoot. Participants shall be responsible for any damage or loss arising during the use of the space.

– Participants may not move, dismantle or alter any fixed facilities, furnishings or landscaping of the resort without prior approval. Photography activities must not affect in-house guests or the resort’s general operations.

– Props, equipment and personal belongings brought into the resort are the responsibility of the participants and must be kept secure throughout the photo shoot.

– Services outside the scope of the program, including accommodation, events, F&B and other services, will be charged separately in accordance with the resort’s prevailing policies.

– Langco Bay Retreat reserves the right to adjust the photography area or schedule when necessary to ensure smooth operations and the comfort of in-house guests.

– Images taken at Langco Bay Retreat and provided by participants may be used by the resort for communications, promotional and marketing purposes across Langco Bay Retreat’s official channels.

Complete Benefits for MICE Groups

For eligible groups, the Resort offers the following benefits:
Meeting Room: Complimentary use of one meeting room for up to 2 consecutive hours, once per stay. Up to 1 additional hour is provided for preparation and setup.
Water, Pens & Paper: Complimentary during meeting room usage, subject to availability and the group’s requirements.
Standard Equipment & Setup: Complimentary Wi-Fi and table and chair arrangements according to the Resort’s standard meeting room setup.
Pickleball: 2 complimentary court sessions per day, 1 hour per session during the stay, subject to court availability and advance registration at least 2 hours in advance.
Breakfast: Daily breakfast for in-house guests, according to the Resort’s applicable policy.
Bicycles: Complimentary bicycle use for in-house guests.

Program Terms & Conditions

Validity: Applicable to groups staying from September 10, 2026 to February 28, 2027.
Group Size: Applicable to groups booking a minimum of 15 rooms per night and requiring meeting, training, workshop, or similar MICE activities.
Meeting Room Capacity: Up to 100 guests in the Resort’s meeting room. Not applicable to large groups holding meetings at La Gourmet.
Dining Requirement: Groups are required to book at least one main meal or Gala Dinner at the Resort.
Meeting Room Usage: The complimentary meeting room benefit is available once per group per stay, for up to 2 consecutive hours, subject to meeting room availability at the time of booking.

Additional Charges & Conditions

Meeting room usage exceeding 2 hours will be charged according to the Resort’s applicable policy.
Tea Breaks, lunch, dinner, Gala Dinner, and other F&B packages are not included in the offer and will be charged separately.
Backdrops, stages, decorations, entertainment, special event setup, and other non-standard requirements will be charged separately based on the actual quotation.
Special AV equipment, LED screens, technical staff, or outsourced equipment are not included and will be charged separately.
Unused benefits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Public holiday, Tet holiday, and other mandatory surcharges will be applied separately according to the Resort’s applicable policy.
